University exam results have been announced in Australia. The results of the HSC exam, which enables the transition from high school to a higher education program in the NSW State, have been revealed. Accordingly, students of Amity Educational Institutions, who achieve new success every year, were honored with the ‘Prime Minister’s Special Award’ for their significant achievement. ADVICE FROM PRIME MINISTER MINNS TO STUDENTS:
After the announcement of the university exam results, NSW State Premier Chriss Minns and Federal Education Minister Jason Clare individually congratulated high-performing educational institutions, students, and parents. Premier Chris Minns said the results were a significant milestone for students, even if they didn’t turn out as desired, and reminded them that it’s just a step in their journey with many paths to success. Education Minister Jason Clare addressed students who didn’t achieve the desired scores, reassuring them that it’s not the end of the world. He also reminded successful students that they can change their courses and make different decisions in life after entering university.
THE GUARDIAN HIGHLIGHTS AMITY’S SUCCESS:
The Guardian newspaper highlighted the statewide success of Amity College, which excelled in the university entrance exam and secured first place in Biology and Turkish at the state level. The newspaper praised the school’s success, noting that Amity College entered the list of ‘schools with the best performance’ determined by the University Admission Center (UAC).
AMITY CROWNED ITS SUCCESS BY BECOMING STATE CHAMPION:
The excited anticipation of Amity students and parents turned into great joy. This year, 31 graduating students scored above 90 on the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) exam, crowning their educational success. Koejin had one in five students scoring above 90, Talhah Raza became the state champion in biology and Turkish with a score of 99.95, ranking first among 20,000 students, and Murat Yılmaz ranked third. Hanne Kocadag, who finished as the top student in the girls’ high school, achieved a significant success with a 99.25 ATAR. Tahir Rana and Soha Fayaz, closely following, were also awarded the ‘Prime Minister’s Special Award.’

Meanwhile, this year’s average ATAR score was 71.05, with a slight decrease compared to 2022, and it was noted that girls generally performed higher than boys. According to the statewide results, out of 67,234 graduating students this year, 55,523 passed the ATAR (Australian Higher Education Admission) barrier.
